How can we help you?

Chiropractic

Chiropractors provide a wide range of care, with the goal of reducing pain and increasing function. This includes spine-related issues, from back pain and neck pain, to headaches, as well as joint problems in the arms and legs. They also help patients recovering from whiplash or disc injuries. Chiropractors treat patients at every age and stage of life. Though many seek chiropractic care to treat pain, other patients come in for regular chiropractic appointments as part of their wellness regimen.

Sports Chiropractic

Sports chiropractors assess and treat sports-related injuries, and work to optimize athletic performance. Sports chiropractors can help athletes recover from injuries, prevent further damage, and recover faster. Even if certain parts of the body don’t currently cause pain, small issues can create larger functional problems when stressed by repetitive movements. Areas that are often treated include the neck, back, knee, hip, shoulder and foot.

Spinal Decompression

Spinal Decompression is a technique used to alleviate pain in the back and neck using traction to relieve the pressure off of compressed spinal discs. The goals of decompression are to increase flexibility and mobility where injury sites may be present. Spinal decompression therapy, or non-surgical disc repair, works by relieving the pressure on affected spinal nerves by safely stretching the spine column to increase the disc space between vertebrae.

Cold Laser

Cold laser therapy utilizes light energy to reduce pain and inflammation. It is useful to treat spine pain, knee pain, tendonitis, and sports injuries. The light energy triggers chemical changes in damaged cells and tissues that promote healing.

Kinesiology Taping

If you’ve watched a volleyball game or competitive bicycle race, you’ve probably seen it: strips of colorful tape splayed in patterns across shoulders, knees, backs, and abs. That’s kinesiology tape: a therapeutic tape that’s applied strategically to the body to provide support, lessen pain, reduce swelling, and improve performance.

Cupping

Cupping therapy is a worldwide treatment where special cups are placed on the skin in a way that suction is created and healing is facilitated. It helps with blood circulation in a localized area, relieves pain, calms inflammation, and decreases toxins.
